In our Blairgowrie workshop we have internet access pcs available for our customers to use. If your computer is in for repair you are welcome to use them free of charge until your own machine is repaired.
If you need internet access while visiting Blairgowrie you are able to buy slots of time on our pcs. The cost is £1.00 for 15 minutes, £4.00 for an hour. Students with a valid Matriculation card get a 50% discount.
The pcs are linked to the internet with a high-speed 8MB broadband connection, have full Microsoft Office software suites and printing facilities. Scanning and CD/DVD burning facilities are available on request. They are fully virus protected and have fully functional firewalls. We check them for spyware and other problems on a regular basis.
If you need any advice while you are using our machines our staff are happy to help. There is no time limit for use of our internet pcs.
We also have a wireless network available for hire so you can use your own laptop if you wish.
If you use our internet facilities you are able to print up to 10 pages free of charge. Subsequent pages are 10p per sheet.
