a home user or a small business.
We
will visit you at your premises or home and do an initial diagnosis of the problem.
If we can fix it on-site we will, if not we will take your equipment to our
workshop in Blairgowrie where we have full troubleshooting facilities. We will also return it to you, set it up for you again and check everything is working properly.
Alternatively you can bring your computer straight to our workshop for
on the spot advice. We are open Monday to Friday, 10 am until 4pm, and Saturday from 10am until 1pm.
Our on-site engineers are available Monday to Saturday 8am until 8pm. If you have an emergency outwith these hours you can call our engineer on 07501721523.
We charge in blocks of £25 for each 30 minutes onsite - so an average call out of one hour will cost £50. If we find that you have a serious problem we will give you an estimate for the job before we start it.
If you would rather bring your computer in to the workshop our charges are £20 for each 30 minutes of work on it. Again, if we find you have a serious problem we will discuss it with you and give you a full estimate of the cost of the job. A standard job, such as a spyware and virus clean up, with a Windows XP reinstall costs approximately £100.00. We will make sure your computer is ready to work as soon as you get it back, with all data backed up and internet connections ready to go.
